Connection to the VirtualExpo website implies full and unconditional acceptance of the following provisions.
IP address: an IP address is a number which is automatically assigned to your computer by your Internet service provider when you are browsing the Internet.
Cookie: a small file stored on a client computer, allowing a website to record information during each visit and monitor activity during each visit to a same site. This technology guarantees anonymity on the pages of the website which do not require your authentication, and can be disabled.

This website (hereinafter referred to as “the Site”), which is accessible at the URL address www.virtual-expo.com, as well as its sub-domains, is the property of the VirtualExpo company (hereinafter referred to as “VirtualExpo”), a privately held company with a share capital of 60.000 euros, listed with the Marseille Trade and Companies Register and having its registered office at 17, avenue André Roussin – 13016 Marseille – France. The Site's director of publication is Mr. Benoît Thiercelin. The site was created by Agence Indigo web agency.
2 – Contents of the Site – Representation
Site contents (hereinafter referred to as “the Contents”) refers to the general structure of the Site, the URL address at which it can be accessed, the corresponding domain name, the Site's visual identity, as well as the texts, images (still and animated), sounds and the VirtualExpo trademarks and logos that make up the Site.
All total or partial reproduction of the Site or its Contents by whatsoever process, without the express prior authorisation of VirtualExpo, is prohibited under article L.122-4 of the Intellectual Property Code and shall constitute an infringement punishable under articles L.335-2 et seq. of this Code.
The same shall apply for any total or partial extraction and/or use of any databases which may be displayed on the Site and which are the property of VirtualExpo, as producer, and are protected as such by application of the provisions of articles L.341-1 et. seq. of the Intellectual Property Code.
3 – User Licence
By connecting to the Site, a web user visiting the Site (hereinafter referred to as "the Visitor") understands and accepts the grant of a licence by VirtualExpo to use its Contents under the following, strictly limited and mandatory conditions:
- The licence is granted on a non-exclusive basis;
- The right of use granted to the Visitor is personal and private, so that any reproduction of the Site’s Contents on any media whatsoever for collective or professional use, even within a company, is prohibited. The same shall apply to any electronic transmission of the Site’s Contents, even over a company's intranet or extranet.
- Use is strictly limited to copying the Contents once for storage for future display on single-screen stations, to make a single copy, for a back-up and/or a paper printout.
- Pages from the Site may not under any circumstances be included or embedded in another website. Any violation of these provisions shall expose the infringing to prosecution under the criminal and civil laws of France.
4 – Personal data
Visitors are responsible for complying with the provisions of the French Law of 6 January 1978 on Data Processing, Files, and Freedoms (hereinafter referred to as “the Data Processing and Freedoms Act"), infringement of which may be subject to criminal prosecution.
All Visitors must refrain, when accessing information related to a specific name, from any collection, misuse, and generally, from any act that might infringe upon an individual's private life or his/her reputation.
The collection and processing by VirtualExpo of any personal data provided by the Visitor is done so that VirtualExpo may respond to Visitor requests.
Pursuant to Articles 38 to 40 of the Data Processing and Freedoms Act, the Visitor has the right to access, modify, correct, and delete any data about themselves.
They may exercise this right by sending a letter to the Customer Service Department of VirtualExpo at the following address VirtualExpo – 7, avenue André Roussin – 13016 Marseille, together with a photocopy of the ID of the person concerned.
5 – Trademarks
Trademarks and logos appearing on the Site are the registered trademarks of VirtualExpo or its partners. Any total or partial reproduction of these trademarks and logos without the express consent of their registered owners is forbidden.

6 – Hypertext links
Any insertion in a website or on personal pages of a hypertext link (hereinafter referred to as a “Link”) leading to the Site is prohibited without the prior express permission of VirtualExpo. The insertion of links should under no circumstances be used in any context which is liable to harm VirtualExpo. In all cases, VirtualExpo reserves the right to request the removal of a Link appearing on a third party site. VirtualExpo may not be held liable for the content of any Links on the Site leading to other Internet connections.
VirtualExpo reserves the right to include links on its site towards other affiliated and non-affiliated sites. These sites are independent and are not edited by or subject to the control of VirtualExpo. A link to any other site does not, under any circumstances, constitute an endorsement or a partnership between VirtualExpo and the site. Therefore, VirtualExpo shall not be responsible for contents, products, advertising or any elements or services published on these sites. It should be noted that affiliated or non-affiliated sites are subject to their own conditions of use and personal data protection.
7 – Help with browsing
The Visitor is informed that, in order to ensure that certain dynamic pages function correctly, a cookie may be installed automatically on their browser; this cookie does not make it possible to identify the Visitor but records information relating to the Visitor's browsing activity on the Site (in particular the pages visited as well as the date and time of the visit); information to which VirtualExpo will have access during the Visitor’s subsequent connections to the Site. The client is informed that this information may be used for commercial purposes by VirtualExpo and transferred to its commercial partners. The client therefore reserves the right to refuse – at any time and without costs other than those linked to the transmission of this refusal to the aforementioned service – the use of this information.
