Bilingual or Trilingual Business Developer – German/Italian/English

VirtualExpo Group is recruiting several multilingual (German, Italian, English) business developers, permanent positions starting in September 2020.

Missions

As a Business Developer, you will be assigned a customer portfolio and will be responsible for:

  • Acquiring and retaining international clients by phone (outgoing calls to B2B targets, qualified leads provided)
  • Selling our services with the aim of meeting our targets (analyzing requirements, proposing suitable solutions)
  • Giving advice/creating a relationship of trust and working towards customer commitment (manufacturers or distributors)
  • Sharing feedback about your experiences with the rest of the team to help improve our sales pitch (target, arguments, etc.)

During the first few weeks, you will benefit from an in-depth training course (about 30 hours total), divided into various specific modules (products, working methods, sales techniques, company philosophy, etc.)

Profile

With a minimum of 4 or 5 years of higher education or with a previous successful experience in business development (ideally in B2B).

You are interested in the web and/or sales.

You speak Italian, German or English fluently and are looking to use it (them) in your daily professional life.
* One of the following additional languages would be an asset:  Spanish, Russian or Portuguese.

A good level of French comprehension is necessary for a smooth integration into the company (training, internal communication, etc.).
