For our participation in the HR prize for the Grand Sud region, organized by Michael Page and ANDRH, VirtualExpo presented 3 projects addressing the issue of “how do employees themselves contribute to the continuous improvement of the company and its HR practices”?
- Shipit Day
Volunteer employees have 24 hours to work on a voted subject. Self-sufficient work teams (scrum-agility) must deliver the most successful product possible within a given time limit!
- Cheers for peers
It’s a tool for recognition and encouragement between peers. It rewards an employee who has made a special effort (internal customer service). The app used to manage the distribution of cheers has been developed internally.
- The Shock Team
Consisting of 8 people (1 voluntary employee from each department), they are responsible for coordinating and organizing team celebrations.
Examples: completing an inter-service project; reaching an exceptional objective; receiving an award such as the #PrixRh or Great Place To Work.
