VirtualExpo Group wins the special "Jury's Favourite" HR prize in 2018!

For our participation in the HR prize for the Grand Sud region, organized by Michael Page and ANDRH, VirtualExpo Group presented 3 projects addressing the issue of "how do employees themselves contribute to the continuous improvement of the company and its HR practices"?

  • Shipit Day
    Volunteer employees have 24 hours to work on a voted subject. Self-sufficient work teams (scrum-agility) must deliver the most successful product possible within a given time limit!
  • Cheers for peers
    It’s a tool for recognition and encouragement between peers. It rewards an employee who has made a special effort (internal customer service). The app used to manage the distribution of cheers has been developed internally.
  • The Shock Team
    Consisting of 8 people (1 voluntary employee from each department), they are responsible for coordinating and organizing team celebrations.

Examples: completing an inter-service project; reaching an exceptional objective; receiving an award such as the #PrixRh or Great Place To Work.
